Is there a tax treaty between Lebanon and Cyprus?

Short answer

Yes. It was signed on 18 February 2003 and came into force in April 2005.

Lebanon treats you as tax resident if you have a place of business or a home available to your family there, or spend more than 183 days there in any twelve months, and it has no rules on controlled foreign companies.

Cyprus treats you as resident under its 183-day or 60-day rule; where both countries claim you, the treaty decides.
