How it works.
Six steps, the same for everyone. You always know what happens next, what it costs and who to ask.

Tell us what you need
Send a short note through the form, WhatsApp or the booking link: where you are, where you are going and what the company will do.
You get: a reply with two or three times to talk, and the price for what you described.
A short call
Thirty minutes, by phone, video or in Limassol. We go through your situation, the route that fits it, what the authorities will ask for and what the first year looks like. If a question needs advice, we say so and tell you who can give it.
You get: a clear plan and the list of documents for the identity checks.
Your price, in writing
A very competitive price for our work, with the partner advocate's incorporation work included. Government fees are listed at cost. Accounting and audit, if you need them, are quoted separately by our audit partner.
You get: the price and the plan as a short PDF.
A short engagement letter in plain English. Nothing starts, and no payment is taken, before it is signed and the route is confirmed.
You get: the letter, for electronic signature.
We do the work
Identity checks first; they set the pace for everything after them. Then the incorporation by our partner advocate, the registrations, the bank or EMI application and any residence applications, in the order that works for you. One person keeps you posted at each step and tells you if a date moves, and why.
You get: the certificates, the registrations and the account, as each one completes.
Every year after
A dated calendar of what is due each year and what we need from you: the beneficial-owner confirmation, the Annual Return, and the accounts and tax filings with our audit partner.
You get: the calendar, and a reminder before each date.
- We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. The incorporation documents are prepared by our partner advocate.
- Registered office and company secretary services come from our licensed audit partner, an audit firm licensed by ICPAC.
- We do not supply directors or shareholders for your company. You choose your directors and you hold your own shares.
- We do not take payment before your route is confirmed.
- We do not promise timings that the authorities control. We tell you the current position, and we tell you when it changes.
Most clients start before they are in Cyprus. The call, the price, the engagement letter and the identity checks are all done remotely, and so is the incorporation. Where a signature or an appearance in person is needed, for some bank meetings and for residence applications, we plan it around one visit.
We work in English and Greek. For Hebrew and German enquiries, the first conversation is in English and the documents are explained in plain English; translations of official documents, where an authority needs them, are made by a sworn translator, at cost. [to confirm languages]
If you are coming from abroad, the questions people from your country ask first are answered by country.
