Tell us what you need

We ask you what we need

A short, plain list of the documents and details for your case, nothing more. You send them online, from wherever you are; there is no need to travel for this part.

Your company is registered

Our partner advocate prepares the incorporation documents and files them with the Registrar of Companies. We collect the certificates for you.

Tax and VAT numbers

We register the company for tax, and for VAT, VIES or OSS where the business needs them, in the order that lets you invoice soonest.

Your bank account

We prepare your application to a bank or payment provider, book the meetings and handle the follow-up. You sign; the provider decides.

Every year after

We keep your dates and remind you in good time: the beneficial-owner confirmation from 1 October to 31 December, and the Annual Return.
