The pages describe the published requirements of the Cyprus authorities as they stand on the date shown on each page, in plain English. They are general information. They are not advice on your situation, and nothing on this site creates an engagement. Work starts only when you have accepted our written price and signed our engagement letter.
What it is not
TH. Manau is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Incorporation documents are prepared by our partner advocate, and legal advice comes only from the advocate. Registered office and company secretary services are provided by our licensed audit partner. Requirements, government fees and processing times set by the authorities change from time to time; we confirm the current position before any work starts.
