TH. Manau is a company set-up and compliance firm. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. The information on this site describes the published requirements of the Cyprus authorities as they stand on the date shown on each page; it is general information, not advice on your situation.
Incorporation documents, including the name application, the Memorandum and Articles of Association, the HE1 declaration and the filing with the Registrar of Companies, and change applications, are prepared and filed by our partner advocate, a practising advocate registered with the Cyprus Bar Association. Legal advice is given only by the advocate. TH. Manau prepares the information and documents the advocate needs, coordinates the process and submits the documents the advocate has prepared.
Registered office and company secretary services are provided by our licensed audit partner, an audit firm licensed by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus, under its own licence. The same partner prepares accounts, audits and tax and VAT returns, which it prices separately.
TH. Manau does not act, and does not arrange for anyone to act, as a director or shareholder of a client's company. Rental and other agreements are drafted by our partner advocate.
Bank and electronic money institution accounts are opened by the client, who is always the applicant and the signatory; TH. Manau prepares the application. Decisions on applications to any authority, bank or institution are theirs.
No prices are published on this site. Each client receives a written price before any work starts. Government fees are charged at cost and are set by the authorities, which may change them from time to time. Accounting, audit and tax returns are priced separately by our audit partner.
