When is the UBO confirmation due?
Short answer
Every year between 1 October and 31 December, including for a company whose owners have not changed and a company that has not traded.
Confirming is not the same as updating: an update is filed when the ownership changes, in addition to the yearly confirmation.
Missing the window costs €100 on the first day and €50 for each further day, up to €5,000.
