Where is my Cyprus company taxed if I run it from Israel?

Short answer

In Israel. A company is an Israeli resident if it is incorporated in Israel or if its business is controlled and managed from Israel, so a Cyprus company run from Israel is taxed there.

With no tax treaty between the two countries, Cyprus can treat the same company as resident too: a company incorporated in Cyprus is resident here unless a treaty says otherwise.

For the company to be taxed only in Cyprus, its management and control has to be here in fact: a board that meets and decides in Cyprus, with the substance that goes with it, and you living here if you are the one who decides.
