Is there a tax treaty between Greece and Cyprus?

Short answer

Yes. It was signed on 30 March 1968 and has been in force since 16 January 1969.

The Cyprus Ministry of Finance lists no later protocol to it. Which country taxes what, once you live in Cyprus, follows that treaty together with each country's own rules on residence.
