How do I move my tax residence from Greece to Cyprus?

Short answer

Through AADE's procedure for transferring tax residence abroad: you apply in the first ten days of March of the year after you leave, and send the supporting documents in the first ten days of September; the final deadline is 31 December.

Greece treats you as tax resident if your home, main residence, usual abode or centre of life is in Greece, or if you spend more than 183 days there in any twelve months.

On the Cyprus side, you become tax resident under the 183-day rule or the 60-day rule; the general answer on Cyprus tax residence explains both.
