Can I work or open a company in Cyprus with temporary protection?
Short answer
Yes. EU rules on temporary protection allow you to work as an employee and to be self-employed for as long as the protection lasts, and owning a Cyprus company does not depend on your residence status.
Ukrainian citizens with a biometric passport can also visit Cyprus without a visa for up to 90 days in any 180.
We prepare the company with our partner advocate, and the bank application, as for any founder; your protection document is part of the identity file.
