Do I need a lawyer to draft a tenancy agreement in Cyprus?
Short answer
Not by law. The Advocates Law reserves to advocates the documents that form a company, among other things, but not ordinary leases. Most people still have a lease drafted or reviewed by an advocate, because it is what they rely on if anything goes wrong.
Our partner advocate drafts or reviews the agreements we coordinate, and explains the terms to you. We make sure the signed agreement has what the authority, bank or utility company that receives it will look for.
